Our Products
Water-to-water heat pump
Save energy on heating and recover cooling. Heating capacity 1,100 L/Hr to 2,200 L/Hr.
The TAD heat pump is a water-to-water, high-efficiency 75oC water heating machine with cold water output.
Our heat pumps are designed for commercial applications like hospitals, medical colleges, star hotels, large hostel kitchens and resorts, and industrial applications such as process heating, cashew dryers, fish oil & meal industry water pre-heating, boiler feed water heating and other heating applications.
Made in India, One of the first commercially available water-to-water units, and are eco-friendly and produces 75oC hot water and 10 oC cold water as a byproduct from the same compressor power.
Maintenance activities are simplified with easy access and overall dimensions are reduced with optimised design.
TAD-Heat eliminates boiler requirements with hot water of 75oC and saves energy.
TAD ECO ICE
“TAD Eco Ice” provides 35% electricity saving, 30% Increase in Ice plant production.
Electrical Cost Calculation for 10Ton Ice plant:
• Supply water temperature: 30oC
• 10,000-litre water storage tank final temperature: 7oC
• Total time for cooling 10,000-litre tank: 20 hours
• Total electrical power to cool from 30oC to 7oC.
• 8kW/Hr x 20Hrs = 160kW = 160 Units/Day
• Electricity used by Ammonia ice plant to make ice from 7o C cold water: 7 o C to – 10o C Ice = 500 Units/10 Hours.
• TAD Eco Ice + Ammonia Ice Plant, 10 Ton Ice production electrical power usage = 160 + 500 = 660 Units/Day.
• Ammonia Ice Plant only, 10Ton Ice production electrical power usage: = 1,000 Unit/Day.
